During this production, the designer called for LED tape lining the perimeter of each moving flat. One of the biggest challenges with this part of the process was masking all the cables and making sure nothing would get caught when the flats moved. Here you can see myself and my Lighting Supervisor, Shelby Ashley, discussing a possible solution to fixing a loose connection. Photo Credit: Brenau University

Due to the length of the LED tape that needed to be put on the front of the flat, there needed to be 2 decoders. This helped prevent any loss of data within the line of diodes. Photo Credit: Serafina Ramirez

This photo is a great example of how we fed the cables discreetly and safely off the flat and then offstage. There were several notches and holes that needed to be made in order for all of the cables to fit. Photo Credit: Serafina Ramirez
